Adam was created in the likeness and image of God and was given dominion over the works of his hands. Something tragic happened and Adam fell from a perfected state, into a death state and a whole other world was revealed to him. A world in which he saw him self as a human being separated from God. The world that he created was an illusion and held no reality for him. Everything we experience, say and do is all a dream. The reality exists only in our minds and it is veiled to us. The reality for many today is the same as Adam, who woke up in this physical realm of darkness and thinks what he sees, feel, and touch is his reality. Man walks around in this physical body and believes that is who he is. The world is living in many forms of illusions created by the Matrix of the human mind and it takes the mind of Christ to set them free. Neo was told he was the one to set the world free, but it was not enough to think he is, he must know he is. I would like Neo to represent Christ who within the Matrix has the ability to defeat the Matrix and begin the process of restoring mankind to his original state. The highlight of this story is a group of freed humans live in the real world whose mission is to set free those held captive by the Matrix of the human mind. The ultimate goal is to bring an end to the Matrix. The truth of this Word of life can't be taught to anyone, this must come by revelation. We can't believe into it or confess it, we must know who we are and where we came from. Neo was literally birth into the real world from a womb like incubator, like Jesus, Neo brought the deception of the Matrix to light. Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world, although he lived in this world he was not a part of it. Morpheus, Neo's mentor in the movie told him, "The one who is born inside the Matrix, the one to come will free the rest of us." Jesus was the One and by his death, burial and resurrection brought many sons to glory, conquering the Matrix for us. We must come to the reality that he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit and as he is (spirit) so are we in this world.

This movie is filled with so much truth embedded in the story for us. Names mean a lot when a story is told in the bible. As in this story their names are very significant. Neo name means "New or Change." Like Christ he came to change things, to bring a release to humanity. If we move the letters around in his name, NEO becomes the ONE. Like Christ Neo's coming was foretold by the Oracle. Morpheus is the Greek god of dreams, in the Matrix he is the human god of the real world. Morpheus is a type of the mind of Christ hidden in the physical man. The real world is only a dream and the Matrix is a dream within a dream. Trinity speak of man united, she is the bonding agent that holds Morpheus and Neo together. Cypher speaks of the the carnal mind as it tries to unfold the written word, only the spirit could reveal the things of the spirit.

Neo made a profound statement "You ever have that feeling where you're not sure if you're awake or still dreaming?" When Adam fell asleep, all of creation fell asleep in him and upon descending into this physical realm was born in the Matrix. Paul said, "Arise from the sleep and Christ shall give you light (Ephesians 5:14)." The scripture reveals in the grave there is no remembrance. No remembrance of what? Of our true reality, who we are and where we came from. The world of the Matrix is a dream state in which man is trapped reliving the same dream over and over, and once in a while he catches a glimpse of his true reality but simply brushes it off as his mind playing tricks or a beautiful dream he just had. Morpheus told Neo, the Matrix is everywhere all around us, even now in this very room. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes that blinds you from the truth. He goes on to say, "Unfortunately no one can be told what the Matrix is, you have to see it for your self." There is so much truth to that statement, no one can show you the altered reality and state, you must see it for your self. Every man has to swallow the red pill. The red pill, color of blood, it is by the shedding of his blood and partaking of his life that the chain of death is broken and our eyes are open to the truth of our reality and existence. When Neo's eyes were open, he told Morpheus it hurts. To which he replies, it is because you never used it before. When our eyes are open to the truth of who we are, it is sometimes difficult to see it. No one likes to be told they are not in control of their life. The truth brings a pain that is necessary as we exercise the eyes of our understanding/the mind of Christ so that we can see the things that are coming to us out of the spirit.

The sleeper within humanity is beginning to awake to see the truth about the Matrix. As the voice of the father calls to them and they are following on to know him in a greater way. The Matrix is an altered state that is always changing to accommodate man's perception of him self and the world he live in. The world of the Matrix is real only to those living in it. Things in this world of illusion are always changing, whereas things in the spirit are not susceptible to change. Paul said, While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18). Again in Hebrews 11:3 tell us, the things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. So from this we can see that our reality is in the spirit.

Jesus made a profound statement in John 18:36, My kingdom is not of this world. Jesus knew the world in which he came into held no reality for him, he understood and declared his true reality and existence was in spirit. We need to come to the perception that our reality is spirit. Many times we find our self living in the world of the Matrix and when the roof of this altered world falls apart we can't handle it. We blow up and blame everything and everyone around us and still yet our perception remains altered. This will not change until their comes a change or shift in our consciousness. At the conclusion of the movie Neo found out he could manipulate the Matrix and the laws governing that world by overcoming the illusions his mind once saw as real. In the end he was able to soar through space and time conquering gravity and all the limitations of the Matrix. Like Jesus when we come to the reality that the kingdom of God is within us and the father and I are one our perception of our self and the world we live in changes. When our mind leaves the confines of the earth realm we can do all things through Christ.

Today many is waking up in his likeness as the world of illusion falls away revealing their true world and reality. When the Christ consciousness is resurrected in us things in our lives, moves, shift and change and we will have to unplug our self from all that is associated with death. The mind of Christ is covered over by years of human thinking and theology, but thank God as the light shines in darkness and the Daystar arises in our hearts we are seeing the truth that our life is hid with Christ in God and nothing can separate us from the love of the father. Tank told Neo, if the war was over tomorrow, Zion is where the party would be." Jesus said, It is finished, the war is over and all things is now fulfilled. Neo's closing words at the end of the movie were, "This is the beginning of a world with no boundries and no borders, then he ascends into the heavens. Wow!!! When we understand this and walk in its reality the world of the Matrix is conquered, and God is all in all.
