The Laws of Aerodynamics has always been present even before it was understood and used enough to develop airplanes for flight. Every law, whether it is the law of Aerodynamics, Moses or Newtons law was placed there by God to teach us the truth about our reality. The book of Colossians 1:16-17 said, For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, for him. He is before all things and by him all things consist.

We understand through Science and the Word how the laws of Aerodynamics (law of the spirit of life) and the law of gravity (sin and death) operate. If you have ever been on an aircraft you know the drill, fasten your seatbelt as you prepare for take off. Now as the plane takes off and builds up momentum it lifts of the ground and begins to soar. Now all the while the plane is building momentum the law of gravity is present all around trying to keep the plane on the ground but another law is applied that lifts that aircraft off the ground and pulls it upward defying the law of gravity. That law is called Aerodynamics.

This same application is spoken of by Paul in Romans 7:22-23 says, For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin and death which is in my members. The law of sin and death was not always present. God created man in his image and likeness, and gave him dominion over the works of his hands. Man functioned and lived from the tree of life in perfect harmony until the fall.  As a result of the fall the law of gravity or sin and death was introduced.  In our self we cannot overcome the law of sin and death. It takes a higher law to free us from the bondage of sin and death. Paul said in Verse 25 that the answer to overcoming the law of sin and death is in Christ. Romans 8:2 say, For the law of the Spirit has made me free from the law of sin and death.  It is only in Christ that the law of sin and death is broken.  In myself I could not defy gravity, to do so I had to get on board the airplane.

Now the law of the spirit has always existed we have not always utilized it since the fall. Even though we have the law of gravity (sin and death) all around us the law of Aerodynamics (law of life) is very much present also. If we look closely at the size and weight of a 747, it looks impossible to overcome the law of gravity. But with its powerful engines combine with the laws of Aerodynamics, the plane is able to lift itself off the ground, defying gravity and travel at a speed of 600 miles per hour in the air. This does not mean the law of gravity is not present, the law of gravity is still pulling on the plane but as long as the laws of Aerodynamics are applied, gravity has lost its hold and the plane can break free from the bonds of earth as it lifts itself 35,000 feet above the earths atmosphere.

We are a type of the Boeing 747 called, created and chosen in Christ from the foundation of the world. We entered a realm in which we thought was our real world and saw our selves as a human being separated from God. Because of this thinking the law of gravity or sin and death worked against us, pulling us down and keeping us in the confines of the earth realm. When we have come to the understanding our life is hid with Christ in God and we are one with the father, gravity loses it hold and we are propelled into the heavens, breaking the law of gravity or sin and death as the laws of Aerodynamics or the law of life is applied. Once the laws of Aerodynamics or life are functioning in us, gravity or the law of sin and death has no power over us.

It takes the mind of Christ to free us from the confines of humanistic thinking. Jesus defied the law of gravity by walking on the water but most importantly he overcame the law of sin and death by raising him self up from the dead. We have been set free from the law of sin and death, and are seated in heavenly places in Christ. Once in a while we forget who we are as gravity sets in pulling us down to the earth and as the truth washes over us we feel awful, but then another law is at work in us as the outward man perishes, the inward is renewed day by day. The inward is made new daily because his life is connected to God the source of all life. The new man cannot be overcome by the law of gravity for his life is hid with Christ in God.

Since the fall, man has lived under the same conditions as Adam. It was the law of gravity that caused mans garden to become a wilderness. Today the father is making all things new as the garden of man begins to flourish again with new life. The law of gravity or sin and death is not an issue for us anymore, but the law of Aerodynamics or life in Christ Jesus. It is only as we live in the spirit can the law of Aerodynamics be applied. Paul said, If we live in the spirit, let us also walk in the spirit. The law of life is the standard by which we live and move and be.

I trust that as you begin to walk in your true identity, the law of gravity will begin to lose its hold and the laws of Aerodynamics or life in Christ Jesus carries you to heavens you have not yet known.
