Someone once said, What lies behind us and what lies in front of us cannot be compared to what lies inside
of us. Our greatest possession is not found in the wealth we have accumulated over the years, but that which is hidden deep
within our consciousness. Paul said we have this treasure in earthen vessels; it is in our field that a pearl of great price
is found. There is such a misconception when the scripture is read regarding the seed or seeds of God. We have been taught
that there are two seeds, and somehow they are at war with each other. I believe that there is only one seed. The question
is what does the scripture has to say about such an important subject? A popular teaching today is humanity must find its
origin in one of these two seeds. The truth here is before we can find our origin and identity we must come to the reality
that there is only one seed and that seed is Christ.
Two thousand years ago Jesus said, If you have seen me you have seen the father. He was our blueprint for
in him we live and move and have our being. Our ancestry is found in his DNA which we receive when we were created in him
(Ephesians 1:4, 2:10). There is only one seed and one set of blueprint and DNA. Galatians 3:16 says, Now to Abraham and his
seed were the promises made. He saith not, and to seeds, as of many (two), but AS OF ONE, and to thy seed, which is CHRIST.
Peter tells us of our origin in 1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word
of God, which liveth and abideth forever. This is the same word that was in the beginning with God. The birth of this seed
came by the life of God and not by blood, nor the will of flesh, nor of the will of man. There is only one power and it belongs
to the Most High God. Just as there is only one seed and that seed is Christ.
Matthew 13:24-30 is such a misunderstood verse of scripture when viewed through the carnal mind. Verse 24
says, A man sowed GOOD seed in his field. Verse 37 tells us, He that soweth the good seed is the SON OF MAN. We are the field
(earth) that this good seed was sown into, our spirit was covered over by the earth, upon waking up in this physical realm,
the enemy (carnal mind) sowed a tare (mistake in identity, that we are humans and separate from God). This is the same word
(seed) that fell into the ground and was made flesh. It was through Jesus Christ that our old ancestry (mistaken identity
and humanity) was shed so that the life of Christ (our true identity) is revealed. As long as we operate from a mistaken identity
we will always see two seeds, it is as James say, a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. He has two minds about
his reality. I am one thing and God is another. So is it with all of creation. We all proceed and came from God and this word
which we are will not return void, but will accomplish the purpose for which we were sent.
In the beginning God created one son and from that one son he has made of one blood all men for to dwell on
the earth. We are sons not because we believe it and confess it but because of our identity and existence. Paul tells us,
They are not all Israel, which are of Israel: neither because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children, but in
Isaac shall thy seed be called. That is they WHICH ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE FLESH (those who think they are mortal) THESE ARE
NOT THE CHILDREN OF GOD: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. John said, NOW are we sons of God. If we
believe we are human beings then we are not a son of God. God is Spirit as he is so are we, created in his likeness and image.
If you want to find out the quality of the water in the ocean, you dont test the whole ocean. A simple test tube of water
will reveal what is in the entire ocean. The sequence of our DNA is found in the original seed. All men have the seed of Christ
in them. It was Paul who said, For this is the word of promise, at this time I will come, and Sara shall have a son. And NOT
ONLY THIS, but when Rebecca also had CONCEIVED BY ONE, even by our father Isaac in whom the promise are counted for the seed.
From this we can see the scripture only teaches about one seed.
Christendom has taught the doctrine of election and predestination to show that there are two seeds, using
stories such as Jacob and Esau, Cain and Abel etc. What we need to understand is that both sons had the same father, same
DNA. Paul said in a great house are many vessels, some to honor and some to dishonor. The ones that are said to be used dishonorably
is not made of poor quality; it is simply speaking of how it is used in service. For e.g. everyday dishes used at dinnertime
is not the same dishes used at Thanksgiving. The more honorable dishes of fine china and silver are used at such a festive
occasion. So it is with those of honour and those without honour, they are all used in love just not in the same setting or
office. Romans 9:11 tells us, For the children being not yet born, NEITHER HAVING DONE any GOOD OR EVIL, that the PURPOSE
of God according to election (according to service) might stand, not of works (having done nothing good or evil), but of him
that calleth. This revelation will remove any individualism from our lives, we are one thing and humanity is another. It is
God who worketh his good will and pleasure in us, after the counsel of his own will.
We are all connected by one seed and that seed is Christ. Because of not knowing the truth of our origin and
existence, many are experiencing a mis-sequencing of the genes. We must come to the reality that we are the GENEration that
is counted for the seed. Many people are waiting to die to experience the life of God and become one big family. Christendom
is not connected to creation because they are yet to find their identity in the one seed God's DNA which is Christ. Jesus
said I am come that you might have life in yourself and have it more abundantly. What Christendom doesn't know is that the
life of God is available to them NOW as they are to be the life force of all of humanity. When we understand this reality
our focus will shift from our self and our personal desires, to how we may serve humanity. We will begin to accept everyone
as a son created in the fathers' likeness and image. Seeing this reality we will not be hasty to judge anyone or anything,
for we are all an intricate part of each other. We will love our neighbor as our self for our neighbor is a reflection of
our true self.
May we all come to know him even as he is known, Christ in every man the hope of glory.
Namaste,
Winston & Sarah
